Instagram Replies Added to Team Report

Instagram replies are now included in the Team Report in the Replies, by Team Member and Replies, by Profile, by Team Member sections. This enables managers to track an agent’s reply metrics on Instagram, and combine reply data with Twitter and Facebook.
