Hold the phone, or better yet, make a call!

X, the platform that was once Twitter, is rolling out a video call feature. Now, before you reach for your phone, here’s the deal: it’s part of the X Premium package at $8 a month. You can chat via video or audio with your Twitter folks, but only if you’re both cool with it.

The beta’s out for iOS with Android on the way. Now, while we’re not sure if this will make the Twitter Blue subscription a smash hit, it’s definitely a cool addition. But remember, it’s beta – you might find a few bugs in your chat!
