Identify Emerging Trends with the Word Cloud in Advanced Listening

The new Word Cloud in Advanced Listening enables you to visualize the most used keywords, hashtags, mentions and emoticons in any given topic. You can further analyze terms by selecting/deselecting a term-type or by clicking on any term to view all messages relevant to that term.

  2. Navigate to the Conversation tab in Advanced Listening.
  3. Use the drop-down menu to select or deselect term types.
  4. Click any term to view every related post.
