Plan Twitter Retweets in Advance With Advanced Retweet

Sprout’s new Advanced Retweet functionality enables Twitter retweets to be scheduled, queued or drafted, as well as being submitted for approval (Corporate & Enterprise only). Users must have either Can-Reply or Full Publishing permissions to use Advanced Retweet.

  2. Find the message to retweet from the Messages or Feeds tabs.
  3. On the upper right corner of the message, select the gear menu and click Advanced Retweet.
  4. When Compose opens, add a message to Retweet With Comment; otherwise simply leave the message field blank (this will be a regular Retweet).
  5. Choose Schedule, Draft, Queue or Submit for Approval and click the green button that corresponds with your choice.
