Turn On & Configure Instagram Push Notifications in Sprout’s Android App

Sprout’s Android mobile app now offers configurable push notifications for Instagram Comments and Location Brand Keywords. This update enables Sprout users to receive notifications anytime a user comments on an Instagram post or tags a location you have saved as a Brand Keyword inside Sprout.

  2. To turn on Instagram push notifications, go to Settings > Inbox > Instagram Notifications in the Sprout mobile app.
  3. Select which types of notifications you would like to receive: Comments and/or Location Brand Keywords.

Turn On & Configure Facebook Push Notifications in Sprout’s Android App

Sprout’s Android mobile app now offers configurable push notifications for all Facebook message types supported in the Smart Inbox, including: Comments and Replies, Private Messages, Posts and Reviews.

  2. To turn on Facebook push notifications, go to Settings > Inbox > Facebook Notifications in the Sprout mobile app.
  3. Select which types of notifications you would like to receive: Comments and Replies, Private Messages, Posts, or Reviews.

Utilize Force Touch to Quickly Access the Sprout Mobile App

Sprout Mobile App users with an iPhone 6s or 7 can now utilize shortcuts to drop into the Sprout App quickly. Access Scheduling, Compose, Inbox and Feeds all by holding down the Sprout App icon.

  2. Download the latest version of the Sprout Mobile App.
  3. Press down the Sprout Social Icon on your iPhone.
  4. Quickly access 4 shortcuts: Schedule Message, Send Now, Inbox, and Feeds.
  5. Select the desired shortcut to access that part of the app.

 

Utilize Long Touch to Quickly Access the Sprout Mobile App

Sprout Mobile App users on Android version 7.1 or higher can now utilize App Shortcuts to drop you into the app quickly. Access Scheduling, Compose, Inbox and Feeds all by holding down on Sprout App icon.
