View A Preview of Total Scheduled Message Volume On The Publishing Calendar

The new message volume indicators across the top of Sprout’s publishing calendar provide an at-a-glance view of how much (or how little) content your team has scheduled over the next four weeks. Each bar represents one day, and the daily volume indicator bars are grouped into weeks. The week you are currently viewing on the calendar will always be the anchor (left-most and green).

  2. From the Publishing tab, click one of the new Calendar triggers in the left or right bar.
  3. Hover over any bar in the daily volume indicator charts to see the total number of messages scheduled or queued for that day.
  4. Click on any week of volume indicators to quickly jump to that week. This will make that week your new anchor week.
