The Bots Report contains important metrics about bot message and conversation volume as well as Quick Reply performance for Twitter. Users can choose a date and a profile to analyze sent and received chatbot messages on Twitter Direct Message and then export to PDF, and send or schedule deliveries of PDFs.   

1. HOW TO:
2. Click on Reports.
3. From the left hand navigation, select Twitter Reports.
4. Click Twitter Bots.  
5. On the right-hand side, select a date range and a profile.
6. Scroll through the report.
7. To export data, click Export on the right-hand navigation.
8. Select Export PDF.
9. To email a PDF, click Export on the right-hand navigation.
10. Select Send PDF.
11. Enter up to 25 email addresses.
12. Click Send.
13. To schedule a PDF to be delivered, click Export on the right-hand navigation.
14. Select Schedule PDF.
15. Enter up to 25 email addresses.
16. Choose to repeat Weekly or Monthly.
17. Enter a name for the report.
18. Click Schedule.

4. Click Facebook Bots.  
5. On the right-hand side, select a date range and a profile.
6. Scroll through the report.
7. To export data, click Export on the right-hand navigation.
8. Select Export PDF.
9. To email a PDF, click Export on the right-hand navigation.
10. Select Send PDF.
11. Enter up to 25 email addresses.
12. Click Send.
13. To schedule a PDF to be delivered, click Export on the right-hand navigation.
