Sprout Social is looking to hire a Part-Time Workplace Experience Specialist to join the Workplace Experience team for a fifteen-month Fixed Term Contract

What you’ll do

  • Manage the day-to-day needs of our Dublin office — from supplies and snacks to maintenance.
  • Liaise with vendors, cleaners, and building management to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Plan, communicate, and execute a variety of internal events, including team meetups, Happy Hours and internal meetings.
  • Support the onboarding of new hires and create a welcoming experience for all visitors.
  • Manage and resolve all incoming workplace support tickets and staff feedback with a strong focus on exceptional customer service and timely solutions.
  • Additional tasks as needed related to office support, in-person events and other facility tasks.

What you’ll bring

A successful candidate will bring previous experience in workplace coordination, office management, facilities, or administrative support. You have a friendly, approachable manner and excellent communication skills, paired with strong organisational abilities and a sharp eye for detail. You’re confident using tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and basic spreadsheets, and you're comfortable managing your own time and working independently. Most importantly, you have a proactive, can-do attitude — you anticipate problems before they arise and take real pride in creating a smooth, welcoming workplace experience.

The minimum qualifications for this role include:

  • Ability to be onsite in our Dublin office 3 days per week 9am - 5pm, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (some flexibility may be required)
  • 2+ years experience in a similar role (e.g. workplace coordination, office/facilities management, administrative or operations support)
  • Proficiency with basic digital tools — such as Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar), Slack, and email platforms
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks with minimal supervision
  • Experience producing in office and offsite events.

Additionally, these are the preferred qualifications that would indicate a particularly strong candidate:

  • Experience working in a globally distributed organisation
  • Familiarity with internal communications

How you’ll grow

Within 1 month, you’ll plant your roots, including:

  • Complete Sprout Social’s new hire training & onboarding program alongside other new Sprout team members. You’ll gain a broader understanding of our products and how your role fits into the organization.
  • Make a plan with your manager to set initial priorities, align on expectations for your role, plant goalposts for your career, and learn about Sprout’s approach to Workplace Experience, Distributed Work and the overall Employee Experience.
  • Take ownership of the day-to-day operations of our Dublin office — from supplies and snacks to maintenance.
  • Meet and begin to build relationships with our office vendors.
  • Support the team by resolving office support tickets, setting up new starters & troubleshooting any issues.
  • Run in office events including Happy Hours & Breakfast Bars.

Within 3 months, you’ll start hitting your stride by:

  • Beginning to bring your own spin and ideas to the office - including proposing event ideas to your manager. 
  • Building relationships with our office regulars as well as leadership in Dublin in order to best support the office needs. 
  • Building strong relationships with our vendors and ensuring they are delivering on our office needs. 

Within 6 months, you’ll be making a clear impact through:

  • Have your first performance conversation with your manager, where you’ll discuss your accomplishments in your role and work together to build goals for your professional growth.
  • Be the go to person for all Dublin workplace needs.
  • Proactively lead projects to continuously improve our workplace experience.
  • Get involved with international CRG’s, to support local events / workshops and efforts.

Within 12 months, you’ll make this role your own by:

  • Have made a lasting impact on the culture within the Dublin office
  • Surprise us! Use your unique ideas and abilities to change your team in beneficial ways. that we haven’t even considered yet.

Of course what is outlined above is the ideal timeline, but things may shift based on business needs and other projects and tasks could be added at the discretion of your manager.
