Sprout Social is looking to hire a Recruitment Coordinator for our Recruitment Team.

What you’ll do

  • You’ll be responsible for scheduling a high volume of interviews across several roles, departments and time zones, including the United States. 
  • You’ll manage regular communication with candidates and hiring teams about interview lineups, schedules, conflicts, and more with a focus on providing high-quality candidate and stakeholder experiences 
  • You’ll partner with Recruitment Partners and Hiring Managers to provide a streamlined scheduling process and a best-in-class candidate experience
  • You’ll work closely with our People Ops, Employee Experience, and IT teams to manage new hire onboarding tasks and workflows

What you’ll bring

A successful candidate will possess strong attention to detail, accountability, and flexibility, complemented by a tech-forward approach and a strong interest in exploring AI for identifying and implementing solutions. You should have a demonstrated ability to creatively solve problems, leveraging technology where appropriate, and communicate promptly, especially when unusual situations arise. You enjoy working with people and building relationships across all levels of an organization.

Qualifications

These are the minimum qualifications that our hiring team is looking for in this role:

  • 1+ year of experience with interview/meeting scheduling or managing calendars for multiple individuals
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and calendar management software (e.g., Google Calendar).
  • Experience utilizing generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) or other technology to streamline administrative tasks and communications.
  • Professional proficiency in English and Polish (both written and verbal)
  • Ability to work out of our Krakow office a minimum of three days per week

Additionally, these are the preferred qualifications that would indicate a particularly strong candidate:

  • Experience in a high-growth company and fast-paced environment
  • Experience using Greenhouse, Prelude, Goodtime, or other interview scheduling software

How you’ll grow

Within 1 month, you’ll plant your roots, including:

  • Complete Sprout’s New Hire training program alongside other new Sprout team members. You’ll gain a broader understanding of our product and how your role fits into the organization.
  • Learn our recruiting tools and global hiring processes through hands-on training and shadowing from the Recruitment Operations team. 
  • Taking full ownership of scheduling and pre-boarding for assigned open roles.

Within 3 months, you’ll start hitting your stride by:

  • Collaborating seamlessly with Recruitment Partners and hiring managers to move candidates quickly and efficiently through the hiring process in a high-volume environment.
  • Effectively communicating with candidates and hiring teams about interview line-ups, schedules, and other logistics to expedite hiring timelines.
  • Strategically coordinating all aspects of new hire pre-boarding, anticipating needs and providing essential support to ensure a smooth transition for every incoming employee.

Within 6 months, you’ll be making a clear impact through:

  • Establishing trusted partnerships with Recruitment Partners and hiring managers to proactively address candidate needs, provide an excellent candidate experience and act as a bridge and champion of our culture.
  • Your ability to collaboratively solve problems in the moment when unusual or difficult situations arise. 
  • Assisting with maintaining our ATS (Greenhouse) to maximize reporting and data-driven decision-making.

Within 12 months, you’ll make this role your own by:

  • Seamlessly integrating yourself as subject matter expert on the People Team, becoming a trusted resource within the Recruitment Team.
  • Identifying, proposing and implementing AI-powered, technology-driven solutions that simplify and automate administrative tasks, increasing efficiency for the team.
  • Surprise Us! Use your unique ideas and abilities to influence the Recruitment Team in ways that we haven’t even considered yet.

Of course what is outlined above is the ideal timeline, but things may shift based on business needs and other projects and tasks could be added at the discretion of your manager.

The base pay range for this role is 7,933 (min), 9,136 (mid), 10,339 (max) PLN monthly. Individual base pay is based on various factors, including work location, relevant experience and skills, the responsibility of the role, and job duties/requirements. 

The listed ranges represent the full earning potential in this position. Starting salaries for well-qualified new hires are typically around the midpoint of the range. These ranges were determined by a market-based compensation approach; we used data from trusted third-party compensation sources to set equitable, consistent, and competitive ranges. We also evaluate compensation bi-annually, identify any changes in the market and make adjustments to our ranges and existing employee compensation as needed.
