Through the Influencer Marketing platform, Sprout Social collects personal information about creators from multiple sources, including creators who opt in to the Service, customer authenticated social media accounts, official social media platform APIs (through which we collect publicly available social media data, posts, and metrics), direct input from customers, and publicly available sources. This information may include contact information, social media handles, usernames, profile pictures, biographies, follower counts, website URLs, names, engagement and analytics metrics, and AI-generated insights such as estimated audience demographics, engagement analysis, and content categorization. Sprout Social makes this information available to its customers to help them identify, evaluate, and connect with creators for influencer marketing campaigns.
