Sprout Social Trellis Plus Terms
Effective Date: July 7, 2026
1. These Trellis Plus Terms (“Trellis Plus Terms”) apply to Subscriber’s use of and access to Trellis Plus, and are incorporated into, and become part of, the applicable agreement in place between Subscriber and Sprout Social governing access to and use of the Services (“Agreement”). The Agreement includes and incorporates by reference the Service Order or in-app purchase terms (as applicable), the Sprout Social Product Terms, and Sprout Social’s AI Features Terms located at sproutsocial.com/legal/ai-features-terms/ (“AI Features Terms”). By purchasing Trellis Plus through a Service Order or through the Application, Subscriber agrees to and is bound by these Trellis Plus Terms. Capitalized terms not defined in these Trellis Plus Terms have the meanings given in the Agreement. In the event of a conflict between these Trellis Plus Terms and the Agreement, these Trellis Plus Terms will control with respect to Trellis Plus.
2. Trellis Plus is a paid add-on feature to the Sprout Social Subscription Services. Access is made available on a per-seat basis and provides designated Authorized Users with expanded Usage Limits (as defined in the AI Features Terms) for Trellis, which is Sprout Social’s AI agent. Authorized Users who are not designated as a Trellis Plus Authorized User will have access to Trellis subject to Sprout Social's then-current included Usage Limits for Trellis.
3. Each Authorized User designated as a Trellis Plus user receives a monthly credit allotment for extended Usage Limits for Trellis ("Credit Allotment") as specified in Sprout Social's then-current documentation available at https://support.sproutsocial.com/hc/en-us/articles/46301987792781-Trellis-Plus-Extended-Access-to-AI-Features. Credits reset monthly (based on Subscriber’s subscription start date), do not roll over, and unused credits are forfeited upon each monthly reset. Sprout Social may modify the Credit Allotment at any time; provided, however, unless mutually agreed to by the parties in writing, Sprout Social will not reduce the Credit Allotment below the amount in effect as of the applicable subscription start date for the then-current Subscription Term.
4. The fees for Trellis Plus shall be set forth in the applicable Service Order or the Application and are billed in accordance with the payment terms in the Agreement. If Subscriber adds Authorized Users designated as Trellis Plus users during the Subscription Term, fees for those Authorized Users will be prorated for the remainder of the then-current Subscription Term. Trellis Plus seats are add-ons subject to the same auto-renewal and non-cancellation terms as set forth in the Agreement and applicable Service Order (if any), and any downgrades shall only be effective at the beginning of any subsequent new or renewal Subscription Term.
