Today Sprout Social was recognized as one of the initial members of the Instagram Partner Program, a new program that distinguishes companies and their capabilities to run effective advertising campaigns, manage communities, source and deliver content on Instagram.
Companies in the Instagram Partner Program have expertise in at least one of three specialties—ad tech, community management and content marketing—to help marketers meet their objectives. Sprout has been badged in Community Management because of the platform’s ability to effectively manage Instagram conversations and provide important insights for its customers.
“Across nearly 24,000 connected Instagram accounts with a combined 254 million followers worldwide, businesses are using Sprout to engage with followers, seamlessly reply to comments and manage messages collaboratively as a team,” said Justyn Howard, Sprout CEO and Cofounder. “Sprout processes millions of comments every week for our brand and agency customers, proving Instagram’s vital role in their customer engagement efforts.”
In addition to offering the ability to manage multiple Instagram profiles from its single Smart Inbox, Sprout recently added Instagram community management features that better enable its customers to monitor and engage with Instagram posts that include locations. Sprout has also improved the ability to monitor and measure brand success, with Instagram hashtag monitoring and an Instagram Profiles Report in its analytics dashboard.
With a community of 400 million, Instagram is the place on mobile where marketers go to tell creative, visual stories to drive business results. The Instagram Partner Program will spur innovation to meet the diverse needs of marketers across the globe.
