In an industry where very few things hold steady year to year (or even day to day), we are incredibly grateful for this track record.

Our customers are our greatest gift

My colleague Erika Trautman said it best, “Customers that hold you to a remarkably high standard are a product team’s greatest gift.”

As social feeds hit peak saturation, networks evolve and business leaders set more ambitious goals than ever, brands need a platform that brings order to the chaos and a partner who supports them through it all.

We are fortunate to have customers who continually push us and share candid feedback that, in turn, shapes the future of our product. In 2024, we released well over 200 new features to help customers maximize the power of social: from AI innovations to robust reporting capabilities and influencer marketing enhancements.

Sprout has consistently been the best social management tool I’ve used at various organizations. I have used it since 2011. It is always improving and keeping up with the latest trends in social media without over-inflating the cost like many other services. Its integration of AI tools has been well thought out and actually adds value, unlike others that basically add AI as a sales gimmick.

Our customers would also be the first to tell you that, in social, time is a luxury. Over 60% of social marketers say manual tasks get in the way of doing high-impact work—which is why we are so focused on building products that take work off of teams’ already packed plates.

Sprout Social is incredibly user-friendly and provides a seamless way to manage all my social media accounts in one place. The analytics tools are top-notch, offering detailed insights that help refine our strategy and measure success. I also love the scheduling feature, which saves so much time and ensures consistent posting across platforms. The customer support team is responsive and helpful whenever I have questions.

But marketers want—and deserve—more than just the best tools for the job. We talk a lot about the importance of being a joy to work with, and that means providing opportunities for growth and connection even beyond our product, from our events to our member-driven community, The Arboretum.

The Arb has been [a] very powerful networking tool and a way to find information easily. The webinars made available have helped me step my game up. The implementation process was easy and very informative. The customer support team has been phenomenal reaching out to ensure the program is working.

To accomplish anything in social for 9 consecutive years is a surefire sign of longevity. And it fits perfectly with our goal of earning customers for life.

We know that platforms come and go, content formats fall in and out of style, the complexity of reporting needs compounds quarter to quarter.
