We’re thrilled to share that Sprout Social has been named to G2 Crowd’s “Best Software for Marketing Teams” list for 2017, an honor we believe reflects our commitment to making social media marketing an inclusive, collaborative effort.
Since 2014 G2 Crowd has annually released a “Best Software” list based on reviews. This year the evaluation criteria was adjusted to put the end user at the center. Rechristened “Best Software to Use in 2017,” the list highlights the top products for business professionals based on job function and company size. Included in the rankings are software solutions for developers, salespeople, marketers and product designers, among others.
When asked what made our software stand out, Director of Research for G2 Crowd, Marty Duffy noted, “Sprout received the highest average score for ease of use, quality of support, and meets requirements in social media management (small business) and social media suites (mid-market).”
Regardless of your organization’s size, Sprout empowers your business with the tools it needs to efficiently engage and analyze one-on-one interactions with your customers and community members. We’re committed to providing our customers with world-class products and services, so we always value feedback.
