Colleen is the Vice President of Solution Engineering & Professional Services at Sprout Social. With over a decade of experience transforming business systems and software for large organizations, Colleen leads teams that help customers maximize their social media potential. She collaborates closely with product leaders on technology trends and roadmaps and has been instrumental in Sprout Social’s partnership with Salesforce, speaking at multiple Dreamforce events. Her expertise in aligning business needs with innovative technologies has enabled countless companies to achieve their business and financial objectives.
Ryan Barretto
Ryan Barretto is the President at Sprout Social and incoming CEO (effective October 1st, 2024). He currently oversees the Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Services and Partnership organizations and is an executive member of the team driving culture and operations.
Prior to Sprout, he was the VP of Global Sales at Pardot–a Salesforce company. Ryan currently serves on the Board of Directors at FullStory, a digital intelligence software company, and Re:work Training, a non-profit organization focused on developing diverse talent in tech. In his spare time, Ryan keeps busy watching Toronto Raptor Games and/or partaking in princess plays put on by his two daughters.
Ryan Nichols
Ryan is the Chief Product Officer for Salesforce Service Cloud. Ryan has spent his career building and growing products that help companies engage with their customers — he’s been part of 5 startups and 4 industry leaders focused on that goal. Ryan has been in and around the Salesforce ecosystem since he attended his first Dreamforce in 2005, as a customer, services partner, ISV partner, and portfolio company. Ryan’s background includes Zendesk, SAP, McKinsey, and the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Stephanie Dewhurst
Stephanie Dewhurst is a Senior Solutions Engineer at Sprout Social, where she brings her expertise and innovative thinking to help customers succeed. Previously, she spearheaded paid social strategy for major brands such as Citi and Microsoft. Outside of work, Stephanie is an avid traveler, sharing her global adventures and travel insights on her blog and social media platforms.
