Enhanced Brand Keyword Search for Twitter with New Search Operators

Sprout users now have more robust search capabilities within the Brand Keywords tool in the Smart Inbox. New operators include the ability to search for emojis and symbols, while also providing enhancements to image and media searches.

  1. HOW-TO:
  2. From the Smart Inbox, select the Add Keyword option under Brand Keywords.
  3. Use the Search Operators link under Keyword Parameters to enhance your search.
  4. In the Search Operators link, you will see new updates to the options for search.
  5. Enter a search parameter.
  6. Select Save Keyword. Your keyword will begin to propagate once users have Tweeted about your keyword.
