Access Notifications in the Notification Center on iOS

Sprout iOS users can now access notifications in the Notification Center from the bell icon. Notifications include incoming messages, tasks, messages submitted for approval and Instagram posts. The Notification Center enables users to access their notifications or action items from one central place.

  1. HOW-TO:
  2. From the Sprout iOS app, tap the Notification Center.
  3. Choose between Inbox, Tasks, Approval and Publishing.

Note: New notifications are denoted in green and viewed notifications are denoted in gray font.

Switch Groups from the Notification Center on iOS

Quickly and easily switch groups within the Notification Center to access notifications from a different set of profiles.

  1. HOW-TO:
  2. From the Notification Center, tap the folder icon.
  3. Select a group.

Note: Groups with new notifications have a green bell icon and notification count
