Access Message Previews from the Calendar

You can now quickly access previews for scheduled, drafts, sent or needs approval messages directly from the Publishing Calendar for more visibility when collaborating across teams or with clients.

  1. HOW-TO
  2. Go to Publishing.
  3. From the left panel, select Calendar.
  4. From the right panel, choose the date range, profiles and preferred message types you’d like to see.
  5. Select the Preview icon on the message to open the previews for all corresponding networks.

Access Message Previews from the Drafts Stream

You can now quickly access message previews from the Drafts stream for more visibility when collaborating across teams or with clients.

  1. HOW-TO
  2. Go to Publishing.
  3. From the left panel, select Drafts.
  4. From the right panel, filter by My Drafts, Tags, Profiles, Authors or Message Type to find your desired message.
  5. Select the Preview icon on the message to open the previews for all corresponding networks.

Access Message Previews from the Needs Approval Stream

For more visibility when collaborating across teams or with clients, you can now quickly access message previews directly from the Needs Approval stream.

  1. HOW-TO
  2. Go to Publishing.
  3. From the left panel, select Needs Approval.
  4. From the right panel, filter by Messages from all groups, My Approval Filters, Authors, Workflows or Message Types to find your desired message.
  5. Select the Preview icon on the message to open the previews for all corresponding networks.

Access Message Previews from the Rejected Stream

You can now quickly access message previews from within the Rejected stream for more visibility when collaborating across teams or with clients.

  1. HOW-TO
  2. Go to Publishing.
  3. From the left panel, select Rejected.
  4. From the right panel, filter by Messages from all groups, My Approval Filters, Authors, Workflows or Message Types to find your desired message.
  5. Select the Preview icon on the message to open the previews for all corresponding networks.
