The Sent Messages Report for Facebook now includes the option to show or hide unpublished posts. This allows social media teams to exclude paid ad posts and only report on engagement results from organic sent messages.

2. Click on the Reports tab.
3. Go to the Sent Messages then select Facebook.
4. In the overview box, check Include Unpublished Posts to include or uncheck to omit.

Compose and publish messages to LinkedIn Company Pages from the Sprout mobile application.

2. Click the Compose icon.
3. Select your LinkedIn profile from the profile picker.
4. Compose and publish, schedule, queue or draft your message.

When the Hide Completed Messages toggle is turned on in the Smart Inbox, the Sent Messages filter will automatically be turned off. Messages that have been marked as complete and sent messages will be removed from the inbox stream to give mobile users a more streamlined view of messages that need attention.

2. From the Inbox, click on Configure Inbox.
3. Under Inbox Items, use the toggle button to turn on and off.
4. If toggle is turned on, from Configure Inbox under Message Type, Sent Messages will be grayed out.
