Create Automated Rules for Brand Keyword Messages
You can now set up inbox rules to tag, complete, or get alerted for Brand Keyword messages—available on Sprout’s Advanced plans. Actions on brand keyword messages can also be used in combination with other rule criteria.
- HOW-TO:
- Go to your Smart Inbox and click the Settings icon on the right bar menu. Select Rule Settings.
- Select Create new rule.
- Enter a rule title and description. Under If an incoming message, select is from Brand Keyword. Choose which action(s) you’d like to take.
- Select Save. You’ll now see a preview of your rule. Choose Got It to complete the setup.
Note: You cannot apply an inbox rule to every Brand Keyword in your account.
