Tag Messages in Bulk
You can now select and tag multiple messages from the Smart Inbox (available on Professional plans and above). By tagging your messages in bulk, you can more efficiently track and measure messages across campaigns, products, and initiatives.
- HOW TO:
- From the Smart Inbox, manually select the checkmark box on the messages that you wish to tag, or choose the checkbox next to the Newest to Oldest to select every message currently loaded in the Inbox.
- From the Bulk Mode menu on top, select the tag icon and apply one or more tags.
- Click on any part of the screen or hit the Return key. This will apply the tags to the messages.
