Sort Incoming Messages from Oldest to Newest in the Smart Inbox

Sprout Social’s Inbox Sort function enables users to sort incoming messages in the Smart Inbox. Sort from oldest to newest messages then filter by a specific time period to find messages. Order and filter preferences are saved for future use.

  1. HOW TO:
  2. Select Newest to Oldest from the drop-down menu in the Smart Inbox.
  3. Click Oldest to Newest.
  4. Use Filters to sort for a specific time period.
