Filter the Publishing Calendar by Content Tag

Sprout’s Publishing Calendar now includes the ability to filter by tag. Filtering the calendar by tag lets you easily isolate scheduled posts tied to specific campaigns or content strategies when planning your content calendar.

  2. From the Publishing tab, click one of the Calendar triggers in the left or right bar.
  3. Toggle to Tags at the top of the right bar filter navigation.
  4. Select the tag(s) to view corresponding messages.
  5. Checking the Match All Selected box will implement “AND” logic – returning messages that include all of the selected tags.
  6. Leaving the Match All Selected box unchecked will implement “OR” logic – returning messages that include any of the selected tags.
  7. The Volume Indicators at the top of the calendar will dynamically update to show scheduled message volume for just messages that meet the tag filter criteria you have selected.
