Conversation Topics Not Handled by Bots in the Bot Report

The Twitter and Facebook Bot Reports now include a metric for Conversation Topics Not Handled by Bots, giving users an understanding of top received message topics to help inform their bot content strategy. Powered by Sprout’s proprietary topic modeling algorithm, the new section shows frequently received keywords and phrases that the bot is not configured to respond to, along with the aggregate number of times the topic was sent to the bot.
