View In-line Rich Media for Twitter Messages In the Smart Inbox

Sprout’s Smart Inbox now displays in-line rich media from Twitter messages creating a much fuller visual experience. For public Twitter messages (Mentions, Retweets, Retweets with Comments and Brand Keyword results), the Smart Inbox dynamically displays up to 4 images as well as GIFs and videos in-line. For private Twitter messages (Direct Messages), the Smart Inbox message feed displays a single image in-line.
