Distinguish Incoming Messages from Twitter Users with a Large Following
Sprout improved its influencer tracking of Twitter users with a large number of followers, so users can easily distinguish messages coming from those handles in the Smart Inbox, Feeds and Discovery message search. These messages will be identified will be identified by a light blue, green or orange bar beneath the user avatar, in three tiers of follower counts (2-10k, 10-100k and 100+k, respectively). The new color-coded indicators make it easy to identify messages that are more likely to be seen by a large number of people.
Note: The follower count is also written out in the user bio and Contact View.
Create a Custom List to Identify Incoming Messages from VIPs
Sprout Corporate and Enterprise users can create a custom list of Twitter handles to quickly identify incoming messages from individuals that are significant to your organization. VIPs will be identified by a dark blue bar beneath their avatar.
- How To
- From the web app, click the Gear icon in the top right corner. Select Configure VIPs from the menu.
- Type or paste Twitter handles into the box, separating each with a comma or line break.
- To rename the list, type a new name into the Specify a label for these users field.
- Click Save to save the list.
Design Change to Task Screen on Android
The Android app Task feature has been redesigned to be more intuitive and improve user experience. Users will be able to more easily navigate through creating new and assigning tasks, reading internal comment threads, and responding to and closing out tasks while on the go.
