The new Task Performance Report analyzes task assignment and completion rates across your Sprout account. This report is offered in Professional and Advanced plans, and enables managers to determine individual productivity efforts by evaluating task assignment and completion metrics.

2. From the Smart Inbox, click on Reports.
3. From Reports Home or the Reports sidebar, select the Task Performance Report.
4. Use the date picker to select a date range and the report will auto-populate.

The redesigned Team Report now includes reply metrics at the user-level and profile-level, in addition to user-level publishing metrics. The Team Report enables managers to better evaluate individual team members and team members by profile. The report is offered on the Professional and Advanced plans, and permission to view/run can be set at the user-level.

Note: The Tasks section of this report has been deprecated, and will be included in a future report. The original Team Report will be available for a short time so users can still access the Tasks metrics.
