Engage with Customers Using Sprout’s Suggested Replies
Sprout users on the Advanced plan can now use Suggested Replies when responding to commonly asked questions on Twitter. Suggested Replies streamlines workflow between team members resulting in more efficient engagement and better response rates.
- How To:
- From the Smart Inbox, select an incoming Twitter message.
- Click Reply.
- Choose the suggested reply you wish to use.
- Edit the message as needed and hit Send.
Note: If a suggested reply is not offered the incoming message does not include a commonly used phrase or there is not a related response.
