What a great article! As a student who's interested in the world of nonprofit PR, it's great to read about the best practices of other companies, rather than trying to reinvent the wheel, per se. I would love to hear more about smaller nonprofits that are doing well with social media. I think it's easy for larger organizations to gain a following merely based on name recognition, but who are some of the small guys who are doing a good job?
