Google has introduced a new Gmail feature that makes Google+ Events notifications more interactive.
Earlier this year, the search giant introduced interactive Google+ email notifications, which added more social functionality to your alerts. For example, you can now view, comment, and +1 posts without having to leave Gmail.
Building upon that integration, the company has added Google+ Events functionality so that you can invite friends, read and respond to comments, share photos, and RSVP directly from your inbox.
Google+ Events launched in June, and do a great job of capturing the whole experience, not just the planning. Unlike Facebook Events, which typically focus on invites and RSVPs, Google+ Events can be used before, during, and after events.
