So glad I found this page. I was led to believe you could not tweet any links to websites etc, but now I have found you, I am going to register for a business account also.

I'd say only a very narrow minority are successful on Twitter WITHOUT tactical engagement.

Given most of the list is ways to engage, I agree it should be first to set the tone.

I would have put engagement at the top of that list!

Rigth, engagement is the most important factor in social media. Poeple need this.
