Create Tag-based Inbox Views for personalized and efficient customer care

Personalize your team’s inbox to exclusively show messages relevant to their role and responsibilities by leveraging tag filters in Inbox Views.

  1. HOW-TO:
  2. Select ‘My Inboxes’ on the left-hand navigation panel and then select ‘Create New’.
  3. On the right-hand rail, select the Tags you want to include in your Inbox. You can further customize by Profiles, Message Types, and Brand Keywords. 
  4. Select ‘Save’ and then name your Inbox View.
  5. Select ‘Specific People’ to share your inbox with specific users, select ‘Everyone in Current Group’ to share with the users in your current Group. 
  6. Select ‘Notify users of unusual activity’ if you would like to receive spile alerts when your message volume exceeds ‘normal’ hourly volume. If selected, type in users who you would like notified for spike alerts.

Identify key messages with Smart Inbox Tag Filters

Filter your incoming messages by tag(s) to find and take action on the messages that matter most.

  2. Go to Messages.
  3. Scroll down the right-hand rail to Tags.
  4. Filter Tags by selecting individual or multiple tags on the right-hand rail. 
  5. Search tags by typing the desired tag into ‘Refine Tags’.
  6. Select ‘Match all selected’ to require all selected tags to be included in an incoming message. 

Export and Share Tagged Inbox Messages

Capture and showcase pivotal messages and business insights by tagging messages and exporting them from Sprout’s inbox.

  1. HOW-TO:
  2. Go to Messages.
  3. Filter Tags by selecting individual or multiple tags on the right-hand rail. 
  4. Select Export in the top right-hand corner.
  5. Select your date range.
  6. Select the email recipients of the export. Recipients do not need to be Sprout users.

Organize and Filter Reviews with Tags

Filter your incoming reviews for Google My Business, Facebook and TripAdvisor by tag(s) to find and take action on the reviews that matter most.

  2. Go to Messages.
  3. Scroll down the right-hand rail to Tags.
  4. Filter Tags by selecting individual or multiple tags on the right-hand rail. 
  5. Search tags by typing the desired tag into ‘Refine Tags’.
