Follow Instagram Users from their Comment on Your Post

Sprout users can now follow Instagram users that comment on their post from the Smart Inbox and comment view. Previously Sprout users could only follow users from hashtags and location keywords. The ability to follow a user from Sprout provides a seamless transition between Sprout and the native Instagram app so users can engage more efficiently.

  2. From the Smart Inbox or comment view, select an Instagram message from a user you wish to follow.
  3. Click on the Gear icon.
  4. Choose Follow.
