Monitor and manage Facebook, TripAdvisor and Google My Business reviews from Sprout’s iOS App

Sprout’s mobile reviews enables you to monitor and manage your Facebook, TripAdvisor and Google My Business profiles on-the-go from Sprout’s mobile app.

  1. HOW-TO:
  2. Go to the overflow menu  and select Reviews.
  3. Filter reviews by selecting the filter icon  . You can filter by time range, profiles, ratings and completed messages.
  4. Sort from newest to oldest (or vice versa) by selecting Newest to Oldest at the top of the messages.
  5. Access your saved views via the All Reviews icon. Saved views can only be created on Sprout’s web application.
  6. Reply to a review by clicking the arrow on the bottom left corner of the review message. Here you will also see options to task, tag and mark as complete. Network-specific actions like email or share can be found by selecting the three dots icon.
  7. Enter Bulk Mode by tapping and holding a message or clicking Select in the top right corner. You can bulk tag or mark as complete.

NOTE: Due to limitations set by TripAdvisor, replies must be made in TripAdvisor; if you have TripAdvisor installed, you will be directed to the [iOS/Android] application. If not, tapping reply will open the mobile web browser. After responding, you will be able to see your reply in Sprout.

Customize alert notifications for specific review activity so you never miss a critical review.

  1. HOW TO:
  2. Go to the overflow menu and select Notification Preferences.
  3. Select Facebook, TripAdvisor or Google My Business.
  4. Manually toggle on review notifications for individual profiles. For multiple profiles, select Manage All Profiles to toggle on specific review type alerts across all your profiles.
  5. Note: Manage All Profiles is only selectable with multiple profiles loaded into Sprout.

Note: TripAdvisor reviews are fetched once daily in accordance with TripAdvisor’s API. Therefore, all TripAdvisor reviews/notifications will come into Sprout at the same time, once per day.
