Add Images & GIFs to Chatbot Conversations

Users can now add images and GIFs to Welcome Messages and Auto-Responses which can help reinforce ideas or showcase products to bring more personality to the conversation.

  1. HOW TO:
  2. From the conversation map, click on the Welcome Message.
  3. Click Browse under Add an Image.
  4. Select your image or GIF from your library.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Repeat steps for Auto-Responses by clicking on an Auto-Response.

Note: Images or GIFs are not available for Quick Replies.

Add Call-to-Action Buttons in Chatbot Conversations

Add a call-to-action button to Welcome Messages and Auto-Responses to drive users to an external URL to achieve a specific goal. Using call-to-action buttons you can lead consumers to make a purchase, share their experience or to another destination.

  1. HOW TO:
  2. From the conversation map, click on the Welcome Message.
  3. Click Add Call-to-Action button.
  4. Enter Button Text.
  5. Enter the URL.
  6. You have the option to shorten the URL by clicking Shorten URL.
  7. Click Add Another Call-to-Action button.
  8. Add up to 3 CTA Buttons.
  9. Click Save.

Note: CTA Buttons are not available for Quick Replies.
