Reimagining the future of work

As the world of work evolves, so must we. Sprout is building a flexible and inclusive hybrid culture where people can do exceptional work and be the best versions of themselves.

Remote

If you prefer to work from home, a coffee shop or a cabin in the woods, we can accommodate remote work for many roles and locations. Click here for a full list of remote-eligible countries, states and cities.

Hybrid

Hybrid work isn’t just about where people work, but also when and how they work. Sprout offers the flexibility and autonomy to design your own work schedule around your projects, productivity, personality and routines.

How we make it work

Our dedicated workplace and employee experience teams take a culture-first, learn-it-all approach, relying heavily on internal input and feedback. Here are three foundational focus areas we’ve been intentional about addressing to help keep the team engaged.

Communication

Open, authentic communication is at the heart of everything we do at Sprout. And even though hybrid work can make that challenging, we’ve found ways to keep the conversation flowing.

How we communicate:

  • Our internal company newsletter, Sproutlook
  • Email, Slack, Google Meet and Zoom
  • Virtual All-Hands meetings
  • Our companywide feedback tool, Lattice

Collaboration

In the “old” days, it wouldn’t be uncommon to find a conference room covered in Post-its or whiteboards marked to the max. Luckily, we’ve found ways to recreate that mind-melding magic.

How we collaborate:

  • Slack channels and huddles
  • Virtual project and team standups
  • Software tools like Jira, Asana, Miro and Figma for remote collaboration

Connection

Making the time we spend together more meaningful and shaping even stronger relationships across all teams and locations starts with how and when we get together.

How we connect:

  • Midyear Meetup, one of our in-person events held in Chicago (flights and hotel are on us)
  • Kickoff, our annual companywide meeting
  • Monthly DEI Guild meetings and volunteer opportunities
  • Virtual team outings, lunch ’n learns and more
