Connecting exceptional talent to career-changing opportunities

Who we hire

Sprout is lucky to attract masters of their craft in every area of our organization. But what really excites us about a candidate is the drive and desire to make a bigger impact and bring change beyond the scope of their role. We’re looking for builders who look at the world around them and see not just what is, but what’s possible.

It’s what our four co-founders did over ten years ago when they saw the untapped potential of social media. And it’s been a critical component of our success ever since. We need people who aren’t afraid to ask the hard questions and challenge the status quo. Forward-thinking, optimistic, curious, imaginative and innovative. If that’s you, we want to connect with you!

How we hire

We care just as much about the candidate experience as we do about hiring exceptional talent. We want you to enjoy the process—no matter the outcome.

Apply

Step one is simple: If you find an open role you’re interested in, submit your resume via the “Apply Now” button.

Once we’ve received your application, the recruiter for the role along with the hiring manager will review and evaluate whether or not they want to move forward. Our commitment to you is that you’ll hear from us no matter what.

Initial conversations

If your application is chosen, you’ll then have a 30-minute call with the recruiter. This conversation will help you learn more about the role and what it’s like to work at Sprout. (Spoiler alert: it’s pretty special).

Prepare to share more about yourself, your work history and how your experience aligns to this role. After this call, we may also schedule a call with the hiring manager to ask some more detailed questions about your skills or craft.

Team interviews

If you’re selected to move on, you’ll meet with various members of the teams you’ll be working with and chat about you, the company and the role.

Hearing from multiple team members will allow you to further see how you can make an impact in this role and what it feels like to join our team. Read our FAQ below for interview prep tips.

CRG Coffee Chat

If you reach the final stage of face-to-face interviews, you will also have an opportunity to chat with individuals from Sprout’s DEI Community Resource Groups (CRGs).

In these optional, informal coffee chats, you’ll learn more about that group’s mission, Sprout’s ongoing commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion, as well as our broader company culture.

Decision Time

Each member of the hiring team will share their feedback with the hiring manager and recruiter, and together they’ll reach a collective decision. The recruiter will reach out to you personally with the news of that decision—no matter the outcome. If it isn’t in the cards this time around, we invite you to apply again for future roles. Many members of Team Sprout were hired after applying for several different open positions.
