  • Use AI-powered tools (e.g., Gemini, scheduling automation) to streamline administrative tasks, improve communications, and increase efficiency
  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes and solve problems creatively using technology
  • Serve as a brand ambassador for Sprout, ensuring every candidate interaction reflects our culture and commitment to exceptional experiences

What you'll bring

A successful candidate will possess strong attention to detail, accountability, and flexibility, complemented by a tech-forward approach. You should have a demonstrated ability to independently solve problems, leveraging technology where appropriate, and communicate promptly, especially when unusual situations arise. You enjoy working with people and building relationships across all levels of an organization.

The minimum qualifications for this role include:

  • 1+ year of professional interview scheduling experience on a Talent Acquisition team; experience coordinating multi-stage interview loops for diverse roles ranging from entry-level to leadership, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring panels.
  • Must be available during core East Coast business hours (EST/EDT) for real-time collaboration with our global Talent Acquisition team.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and calendar management software (e.g., Google Calendar)
  • Experience utilizing generative AI tools (e.g., Gemini) or other technology to streamline administrative tasks and communications
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Additionally, these are the preferred qualifications that would indicate a particularly strong candidate:

  • Experience in a high-growth company and fast-paced environment
  • Experience using Greenhouse, Prelude, Goodtime, or other interview scheduling software
  • Demonstrated curiosity about process improvement and automation
