Getting started on Google Analytics can be challenging thanks to its robust feature set. To a new user, figuring out what to do first can be overwhelming, and even advanced users can run into road-blocks from time to time.
Making some of the service’s more advanced features available to novice users, Google has created the Google Analytics Solution Gallery. Now e-commerce sites, brands, and publishers can access pre-made dashboards, advanced segments, and custom reports.
Each of these can be easily imported into your own account to see how your website is performing on key metrics. To do this, go to the Google Analytics Solution Gallery and select the solution that will be most helpful for your business. You can choose from publisher, e-commerce, social, mobile, brand, and so on.
Click “Download” once you’ve made your decision. You’ll then be asked to select the web profile you want to apply it to. After that, the solution will be in your account and your data will populate the report.
Currently there are 31 solutions featured in the Google Analytics Solution Gallery. The company plans to expand this list in the future. Whether you’re new to Google Analytics or just hoping to optimize your current account, it could be worth browsing through the Solution Gallery.
