Share Expertise on Quora and LinkedIn With New Partnership

Quora today announced a new integration with LinkedIn, making it easier to share professional knowledge and expertise. You’re now able to share your contributions to the question-and-answer service to your LinkedIn profile.

That knowledge and expertise can now become a part of your professional story, which has been emphasized in LinkedIn’s revamped profiles. Introduced in October — and still rolling out today — the redesigned look makes it easier for you to showcase your skills and accomplishments.

“Answering questions on Quora demonstrates your knowledge and expertise as well as helpfulness, empathy, a sense of humor, and confidence,” wrote Quora designer Richard Henry.

Establishing yourself as a thought leader is a key step to generating more business through Quora. By linking your Quora account with your real-world reputation on LinkedIn, you’re strengthening not just your personal brand, but your company’s as well.

Enabling the new sharing feature is very simple and can be done by visiting your Quora settings page.
