Great Post and especially in customer services businesses customer is king and if you are un-happy or some thing hurts you from customer that doesn't mean you should answer in the same way the best thing is to avoid that comment or answer in the way that the person should feel something and the other readers of facebook when reads feels about some thing positive about that.
