Keep Your Team Organized With Evernote Business
Today Evernote announced a new product aimed at small- and medium-sized businesses called Evernote Business.
With Evernote Business — which is essentially the same as the current Evernote, just more optimized for businesses — every account can be connected to a personal account, which is then automatically upgraded to Evernote Premium. This was done to ensure a hassle-free onboarding process.
You’ll also be able to publish content to a directory that’s viewable by everyone in your company. It’s worth noting that anything you store in a private notebook belongs to you; whereas anything created in a shared company or team notebook belongs to the company. And for the first time, the company will offer phone support. Each business customer will have a dedicated “Customer Success Manager.”
But with a price tag of $10 per user per month, you might want to consider creating a personal account on Evernote first to get a feel for the app and determine whether it’s a good fit for your team. Evernote Business is currently in beta; if you’re interested, you can sign up to test it. Otherwise, it will be available on a wider scale in December.
