Nice call by Twitter still allowing fans to see ALL tweets. You say that a fan might not want to see customer service tweets when they are determining whether to follow a brand. Maybe I'm odd, but I prefer to see the customer service tweets so that I know whether a brand is responsive or not. I will only follow a company if I know that they are listening and responding to customer questions/comments.

AdamBritten That's fair, and I think a lot of people will be happy to see that the brand is responsive. I don't know why I'd go back to a brand profile after following them, but once the decision is made, it'll be nice to have the option to weed out some of the conversational content and look for original tweets.
