i have seen Facebook provide inside data anonymous user which  have appid/pageid.

OR any setting to prevent  display insights data to anonymous user .

I could see where some businesses and brands would want different admin levels. However, the admin levels currently available don't really fit how our team uses Facebook. I think if there was more customization, it could be useful. But definitely see that a larger company probably isn't going to have anyone listed as an admin on their Page if they don't fully trust them to post/manage the Page.

I don't know that we will ever get to the point where we have different levels of people plopping things on our FB page. Maybe for smaller companies...agencies and that sort of biz, but for large companies, it's just too dangerous. Thus, the multiple levels is just not relevant.
