Facebook Tests Linking Global and Regional Fan Pages
The new option will enable you to have one main Page while allowing visitors to choose which region they’d like to set as the default. It will also automatically switch the Page based on a visitor’s current location.
Although Pages will be broken up by region, your Like count will remain the same across all Pages. Additionally, each Page will have its own Talking About This count, making it easier to track local success.
Visitors can access any region or global Page through a new drop-down menu next to the “message” button on Timeline. Currently it appears that this feature is limited to Facebook’s own Marketing Page.
