Great post, Sam! I think Momentus' study further underscores the fact that social media is about *getting social*. There's no one-size-fits-all social media marketing method and fans will quickly catch on to the fact that a company's posts aren't genuine. I think the key is not only knowing your audience, but mixing things up and reaching out to your supporters to create those personal connections.

This is some good information. I've also noticed when it comes to blogs that I get similar results when I ask a question or for the readers thoughts.
