We’re finding the Suggested Reply function to be a really valuable addition to the Sprout platform. It enables us to respond more quickly to more of our fans and followers, but at the same time, still allows for customization and a personal response.
In order to build the best software, we have to build the best team. The group of thoughtful, quirky and passionate people we have here at Sprout make everything else possible.
Our impact often goes beyond the social media stream. Whether it is providing resources to local schools, collecting food for the hungry (12,851 lbs to be exact) or partnering with non-profits, our team is constantly looking for ways to improve our communities.
